Lent Week 4 -- Busy

I have had one of the busiest weeks of work that it seems as if I haven't had the time to do anything spiritual, like prayer.  This is just an excuse, of course; you can always find time or make time.  Prayer doesn't have to be an elaborate hour long meditation.  It can be as simple as a quick "Thank You" when you see a flower or a child saying hello to a puppy or hearing from a good friend.  But, I have been lax on the longer versions.  I should make amends to that.
